TUITION:
• Tuition is due the first of every month.
• Tuition is non-refundable for dancers and not prorated for missed classes or if a dancer withdraws after the 1st of the month.
• If you need to withdraw, notice must be given before the 1st of the upcoming month to avoid being charged.
• Late payments: A $10 late fee will be applied to any payment made after the 10th of the month.
• Returned checks: Will incur a $25 fee.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
• Online via the Parent Portal (auto-pay available; note monthly charge + transaction fees)
• In person with cash or check
PRACTICE & ATTENDANCE POLICY:
• Regular attendance is expected. Missed classes will not be refunded.
• In the case of inclement weather, we may cancel classes:
º Cancellations will be posted via email and our closed Facebook Group.
º If more than one class is canceled in a month due to weather, a make-up class will be offered.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
• To withdraw from a class, we require written notice (email preferred) before the 1st of the month you wish to stop.
•. Without proper notice, a full month’s tuition will be charged.
• Registration fees, tuition, and costume deposits are non-refundable upon withdrawal.
PRACTICE ATTIRE POLICY:
•. Dancers should wear comfortable, modest clothing or appropriate dance apparel.
•. Clogging shoes are required for clogging classes. If unavailable, tennis shoes may be worn temporarily.
•. Hair must be pulled back away from the face for all classes.
COMPETITION TEAM POLICY:
•. Attendance is mandatory for all practices.
•. Please provide advance notice for absences due to:
º Illness
º Death in the family
º. School or religious events
• Excessive absences may result in a dancer being unable to compete in the next scheduled competition.
