Appalachian Rhythm may, from time to time, post personally identifiable information in the form of event results, including names and standings, for children under the age of 18. At the request of a custodial parent or legal guardian, we will remove or otherwise obscure any such information upon written request as soon as physically possible. Appalachian Rhythm may post photos of events our dancers participate in. These photos include images of children under the age of 18. At the request of a custodial parent or legal guardian, we will remove the photos of any participant upon written request as soon as physically possible. Please note that if there is a dispute about a request to have the information about a child under the age of 18 removed from this site we may also take reasonable steps to verify the identity and legal status of the individual making the request(s) before making permanent changes.
