Ashley Payne:
Co-Owner/Director, Clogging/Pilates Instructor,Choreographer
Ashley has been clogging and dancing for over seventeen years. She began teaching
over seven years ago and loves every minute of it. She is a Senior at Appalachian State
University, majoring in Advertising and minoring in Dance. She is certified in Classical
Pilates and is teaching private lessons at the studio. Want to get in shape? Sign up for
Pilates! Ashley recently got engaged to Daniel Cook and are planning a December 2009
wedding. Congratulations!
Elise Sigmon:
Co-Owner/Director, Clogging Instructor, Choreographer
Elise graduated in May 2006 from Appalachian State University with a degree in Business
and Dance. She has been clogging and dancing for seventeen years and teaching
for over nine years. In addition to clogging, Elise works as the administrative assistant at
FaithBridge United Methodist Church. She and Kyle celebrated their one year anniversary
on December 30, 2007 and are expecting their first baby boy in January 2009!
Heather Stafford:
Cheerleading Coach
Coach Heather is a member of the ASU Cheerleading squad. Heather has taught
Cheerleading for UCA (Universal Cheer Association). In addition to cheerleading, Heather
loves shopping, dancing, skiing, and singing. She is an active member of Campus
Crusade for Christ and goes to Perkinsville Baptist Church while she lives in Boone. We
are so lucky to have so an awesome Cheerleading Coach who loves kids!
Stacie Gillie:
Cheerleading Coach
Coach Stacie is also a member of the ASU Cheerleading squad. In addition to
cheerleading, Stacie is involved with Young Life and Chi-Omega Sorority. She is majoring
in Health Promotion and plans on graduating in 2009.
Ashley Golden:
CheerHop (Cheerleading/Hip Hop Combo Class)
Coach Ashley has been cheerleading and dancing since a very young age. She competed
on a very prestigous Greensboro All-Star team for nearly ten years. She is a great asset to
our Adult and Senior clogging competition teams. She is a Senior at ASU, graduating in
December 2008, and marrying her best friend, Joe. We will miss her greatly!
